Convergint buys integration business

SCHAUMBURG, Ill.—In a deal that will help serve its global customers, Convergint Technologies today announced it has purchased Enion AG, an integration firm based in Basel, Switzerland.“One year ago we bought Beacon in the U.K., now we're starting to fill in mainland Europe to service our global customers,” Dan Moceri, Convergint executive chairman and co-founder, told Security Systems News.
