Vivint announces new VP of operations for Smart Grid Division

PROVO, Utah—Vivint on May 17 announced it has hired Richard Guerra as vice president of operations for the company's Smart Grid Solutions division. In this position, Guerra will be responsible for developing strategy and logistics for the division's Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and Advanced Grid Infrastructure (AGI).
