Securitas acquires U.S.-based Supreme Security Systems

STOCKHOLM—Securitas Electronic Security, the world's leading intelligent protective services partner, has announced it is acquiring Supreme Security Systems, a top 50 alarm monitoring company in the U.S. The purchase price is approximately $20 million.
