World Security Report: physical security incidents cost companies $1 trillion

IRVINE, Calif.—Large, global companies lost a combined $1 trillion in revenue in 2022 due to physical security incidents, according to the first-ever World Security Report.
Economic unrest is expected to be the greatest security-impacting hazard in the next 12 months, a significant increase on the prior year, the report stated.

IRVINE, Calif. – Security and facility services provider Allied Universal is the world’s seventh largest private employer, and its Global Chairman and CEO Steve Jones has provided an update on the state of the labor market and private security sector.
