DirectView to open Colorado office

NEW YORK—DirectView Security, a subsidiary of DirectView Holdings, based here, recently announced that it plans to open a Colorado office to support the expansion of its cannabis industry security and surveillance business, according to a news release.

The company expects to establish an office at Legacy Construction Company of Colorado's office complex beginning in April. The company will initially staff two sales professionals to work with Legacy as well as other potential partners and customers in Colorado and surrounding areas. Management believes the establishment of a physical office in Colorado will allow the company to capitalize on the growing number of opportunities in the region's newly legalized cannabis industry, the release noted.

“We are excited to begin to establish a physical presence in Colorado to address the specific needs of this industry,” Roger Ralston, CEO and chairman of DirectView, said in the statement. “Both growers and dispensaries of marijuana have extensive state and local government compliance requirements when it comes to security and DirectView is perfectly positioned to provide all aspects of their security needs. We are confident that this move will help us better exploit the growing number of opportunities for us in this region and help us establish ourselves as an industry leader.”
