ADT Commercial acquires Denver-based Key-Rite Security Acquisition continues robust M&A strategy to expand nationwide geographical footprint

BOCA RATON, Fla.—ADT Commercial, a premier provider of commercial security, fire, life safety and risk consulting services in the U.S., continued its robust M&A strategy to expand its nationwide geographic footprint by announcing that it has purchased Key-Rite Security, based out of Denver, Colo. Terms were not disclosed.

Since 1975, Key-Rite Security has been a locally owned and operated security provider specializing in access control, surveillance, intrusion, and intercom systems for a wide range of commercial environments in the state of Colorado and for customers across the U.S.
