B Safe buys two in New Jersey

WILMINGTON, Del.—B Safe, a regional provider of security and fire alarms, has acquired two companies in New Jersey: Cary Security of Fair Haven and Power Systems Security & Communications of Bay Head.
The purchase of these two companies adds depth to B Safe, Philip Gardner, B Safe president, said in a prepared statement. Cary Security and Power Systems are located within B Safe's current footprint "giving us additional concentration where we already have offices and allowing us to expand our commitment to total customer satisfaction," Gardner said.
In business for 35 years, B Safe provides integrated electronic security and life safety solutions to businesses, government, and homes. It has more than 12,000 customers, B Safe in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
