BBB revokes Stealth Alarm’s membership

CALGARY, Alberta - Stealth Alarms, a security company here, has had its membership revoked by the Better Business Bureau because of complaints. One customer said she wasn’t being protected at all. When her alarm went off, emergency services were sent to another city because the company’s monitoring department didn’t have directions to her home. That was despite the company having been at her home several times to fix her system. The company’s president, Brad Morrison, admitted that the company has had problems, but he told the Calgary news channel, CFCN, that it is growing pains.
