Cross Points Sales acquires Electronic Systems

LOCKPORT, Ill.—Cross Points Sales, based here, recently purchased the assets of Electronic Systems, a systems integrator based in Orland Park, Ill., according to a statement from the Davis Group, which facilitated the purchase.
Jeff Lehr, owner of CPSI, said in a statement that the transaction was “a perfect fit for our company; truly a win-win transaction for everyone involved.”
The employees of Electronic Systems will remain with the company to help grow it to the next level. Steve Rubin, of David Mergers and Acquisitions Group, assisted with the transaction.
