Monitronics upgrades software Brief

DALLAS--Monitronics International inked a deal in July to implement Nice Systems' quality monitoring application.
Nice's Insight from Interactions is a software program that enables company executives and managers to record and playback operators' interactions with customers. The product is designed for call centers that include critical facilities, contact centers and financial trading floors.
Monitronics previously used Dictaphone's communications recording systems, a similar product. This spring, Nice acquired the assets of CRS from Dictaphone for approximately $38 million.
