LAKE FOREST, Calif.—National Monitoring Center has announced the opening of a new 25,000-square-foot facility here, according to a news release.
Built from the ground up, the central station is scaled to meet the company's future needs, and features upgrades in hardware, infrastructure, telecommunications and redundancies.
“The investment we made to open the most advanced monitoring center in the industry positions us to continue to be the leading provider of monitoring services with expanded capabilities and additional services for years to come,” Woodie Andrawos, executive vice president of NMC, said in a statement.
The facility's infrastructure allows for additional redundancies that go beyond what is standard. The central station also includes an education center that provides meeting spaces and training facilities for dealers and clients.
“The center is so highly advanced it raises the bar in our industry and, more importantly, provides a platform for our team to continue the work expected of us by our dealers and clients.”
The company will soon announce a grand opening that will include a facility tour and the opportunity to meet with NMC staff, the release noted.
