TMA appoints Security Central’s Caroline Brown to co-chair Five Diamond Committee

MCLEAN, Va.—The Monitoring Association (TMA) announced that Security Central President Caroline H. Brown has accepted the position of co-chair of the association’s Five Diamond Committee. 

TMA’s Five Diamond designation is granted annually to TMA member monitoring centers that satisfy all of the requirements of the five points of excellence. In her new leadership role, Brown will work to ensure the designation remains current and reflective of excellence in security monitoring.

During a time with so much consolidation, I feel this committee is an avenue to ensure the integrity of security monitoring moving forward.”
