Verint delisted from NASDAQ Brief

MELVILLE, N.Y.--Verint announced, effective Feb. 1, that the company has been delisted from NASDAQ. The cause of the delisting is a failure to report financial results, stemming from an options scandal at former parent company Comverse. While Verint is not implicated in the scandal, it needs information from Comverse before it can complete its reports. Going forward, the company will trade its shares in the Pink Sheets.
