Wackenhut Corrections elects board members

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla.-Wackenhut Corrections Corp. has elected former vice chairman George C. Zoley as chairman of the board and Wayne H. Calabrese as vice chairman.

The election of Zoley as chairman and Calabrese as vice chairman followed the resignation of former chairman George R. Wackenhut and board members Richard R. Wackenhut and Philip Maslowe on May 8, 2002, the date the merger of The Wackenhut Corp. and a subsidiary of Group 4 Falck was completed.

The board also elected Lars Norby Johansen, president and chief executive officer of Group 4 Falck, and Soren Lundsberg-Nielsen, general counsel of Group 4 Falck, to the board.

IntelliNet Controls touts dealer programs
NEWMARKET, N.H.-IntelliNet Controls, a developer of whole house audio distribution systems, announced that effective immediately through the end of the year they will offer new dealer programs to their specialty sales representatives and respective dealers.

The new two-tier program will offer incentives along with quarterly rebates, plus demo and model home discounts.

ASIS hosts executive protection program
