AES launches first phase of Interactive Security Services

PEABODY, Mass.—AES-IntelliNet, a provider of radio networks to the fire and security industry, is launching the first phase of its new Interactive Security Services, according to a company statement.
The new initiative, branded SiteLink24, combines AES-IntelliNet mesh-radio technology for alarm delivery with interactive services via high-speed Internet. With an AES subscription to SiteLink24, customers can manage and remotely control their home or office security systems through personal computers or smartphones.
The services are designed to work with multiple alarm panel brands, including Honeywell VISTA, First Alert, DSC Power Series and the UTC (GE) NetworX NX Series. Additions in the future will include climate control, lighting control and video services, according to the statement.
