DMP names Barrett Hillenburg as senior manager of software and service solutions

SPRINGFIELD, Mo.—Digital Monitoring Products (DMP) announced that Barrett Hillenburg has taken on a new role with the company as senior manager of software and service solutions.
In his new role, Hillenburg will lead a team of product specialists and UI/UX designers to ensure customer needs are being anticipated and met with responsive results.
“I look forward to continuing to build mutually beneficial relationships with our customers. Collaborating with them on features and capabilities improves their ability to grow their businesses,” said Hillenburg. “My primary focus is to understand the needs of alarm dealers and integrators, then translate their feedback into system administrative tools and service features.”
This team develops Dealer Admin, Virtual Keypad and Entré software platforms. Their dedicated initiatives ensure DMP continues to provide high-quality products and services that stay ahead of the market and deliver solutions customers are asking for.
“Barrett has consistently demonstrated the ability to guide our software teams on the development of service capabilities, enabling us to maintain a position of leadership in the security, access and video solutions markets,” noted Warren Hill, executive director of product management. “His influence in this role will continue to broaden our ability to provide customer-driven solutions that work.”
