Durant joins Sandra Jones and Company

CHARDON, Ohio—Charles Durant, attorney, accountant, investor and security industry veteran has joined Sandra Jones and Company to provide clients with customized transition support and exit strategy services, the company said in a prepared statement.
Durant is a former president of GE Residential and a security industry consultant.
“Many [Baby Boomer] business owners are contemplating their exit from the business,” Sandra Jones and Company said in a prepared statement. Such an exit can often be complicated, the company said, and the company can help with the transition.
Sandra Jones and Company, a boutique consulting firm, has been in business for more than 25 years specializing in the security industry.
