TRENTON, N.J.—The New Jersey Electronic Security Association was honored as Chapter of the Year by the ESA, according to a company statement.
The chapter was recognized for its advocacy efforts on behalf of the security industry, its attention to the needs of its membership, and for its positive impact on licensing regulations. The honor was awarded last week at the sixth annual ESA Leadership Summit in Orlando.
“We are committed to making sure that New Jerseyans are safe in both their homes and the work place,” NJESA president Joseph Parisi said in a prepared statement. “This is more than just a job for many of us. It's our mission.”
Established in 1977, NJESA represents more than 300 security alarm companies, manufacturers and distributors doing business in New Jersey. The association provides membership, education and government affairs services to its members.
