High Rise Fire and Security to join Scutum Group

BROOKLYN, N.Y.—High Rise Fire and Security announced that it has joined the Scutum Group and will be a part of recently created Scutum North America Inc., a deal that will help High Rise to continue its growth and expansion plans.

"We are excited about this partnership with Scutum Group, which marks a new milestone in our company's development,” High Rise Fire and Security Co-president Robert Aiello told Security Systems News. “We believe that Scutum Group's 30-year expertise will enable us to expand into the electronic security market and expand our reach to a larger geographical area. We will also benefit from new technologies they are integrating in their solutions such as Artificial Intelligence or cyber security."

Founded in 1992 as a fire alarm service company, High Rise Fire and Security now handles fire protection and electronic security, currently servicing more than 1,900 high-rise buildings in New York City. The company's 130 employees work on developing comprehensive and cost-effective solutions customized to fit a customers' building or facility, while responding to New York City's strict building codes and requirements.
