Honeywell welcomes The Alarm Company as dealer

MELVILLE, N.Y.—Honeywell today welcomed The Alarm Company, based in Madison, Miss., to its First Alert Professional Dealer Program, according to a company statement. The Alarm Company, which serves central Mississippi, is a provider of security and low-voltage system solutions to residences in the region.
“We take pride in our ability to provide a truly local service to our customers, but we also understand the importance of staying closely connected to the greater security industry,” said Tony Collums, owner of The Alarm Company, Inc., in the statement. “Becoming a First Alert Professional Dealer will help us continue to build on our industry expertise, and give us the opportunity to collaborate across the largest dealer network in the country.”
Honeywell has recently added resources to its First Alert dealer network. In October 2012, Marek Robinson was hired to lead the program.
The First Alert Professional Dealer Program provides customized support in sales techniques and marketing strategies for intrusion, fire, CCTV and access control systems in commercial and residential facilities.
