CARLSBAD, Calif.— A single negative rating online can hurt a business for years, but great reviews can drive business up, making it worthwhile for dealers to generate testimonials and case studies to manage their online reputations, according to Linear, a provider of residential and commercial access control solutions, based here.
The company will host a free, interactive webinar next month on how to do that. “The Case for Testimonials and Case Studies,” will take place at 1 p.m. EST, Wednesday, Nov. 6.
The webinar is part of Linear's free educational series for dealers.
