Lori Olin appointed vice president of communications for Allied Universal

IRVINE, Calif. – Allied Universal has announced that experienced corporate communications officer Lori Olin will be joining the company as vice president of communications.
Olin is expected to implement a strategy that reaches both internal and external audiences in promoting the brand and enhancing Allied Universal’s reputation across North America. She will provide her expertise and innovative approaches that will define, drive, and evaluate the effectiveness of internal and external communications. That includes corporate communications, public and media relations, and crisis communications.
“Lori brings more than 20 years of leadership experience and a proven track record in implementing effective corporate communications programs for key stakeholders, and we are very excited to have her join our team,” said Lasse Glassen, Allied Universal chief communications and investor relations officer. “Her background and expertise are perfectly aligned to help create and execute a proactive and strategic approach to Allied Universal’s internal communications, public relations, media relations and crisis management.”
Prior to Allied Universal Olin also served in several senior-level communications roles with the Transportation Corridor Agencies, IBM, and Fluor Corp. “I’m thrilled to join Allied Universal and honored to help fulfill the purpose of serving and safeguarding customers, communities and people around the world,” Olin said. “I look forward to implementing innovative communications strategies and best practices to achieve the company’s long-term vision of being the world’s most trusted services partner.”
