LOUD Security acquires Vytis Security Systems

KENNESAW, Ga.—Security solutions provider LOUD Security Systems Inc. has announced the acquisition of Vytis Security Systems, an Atlanta-based company with a focus on 100% commercial systems.
The acquisition will help solidify LOUD Security as a leading commercial security provider, according to the company.
Like LOUD Security, Vytis provides security solutions to business challenges through video surveillance, access control, fire systems and monitored security. The company services all levels of security needs, from small to large and multi-location businesses.
Along with acquiring an array of commercial clients, LOUD also announced the appointent of Vytis CEO Mike Sandes as LOUD Security’s new vice president of commercial services.
Sandes has served in the security industry for more than 30 years, most notably as president of commercial sales at Ackerman Security for more than 18 years. He also served as chief revenue officer (CRO) at EyeQ Monitoring before joining Vytis as president in October 2022.
For more than 25 years, LOUD Security - led by President John Loud - has installed and monitored intrusion systems, fire alarms, access control, video surveillance and automation services throughout the State of Georgia.
