NEW YORK—MOBOTIX, a provider of network-based surveillance systems, has entered into a distribution agreement with Ingram Micro, a Santa Ana, Calif.-based technology distributor, according to a company statement.
Under the agreement, the complete line of MOBOTIX IP technologies is available through Ingram Micro throughout the United States and Canada.
“Ingram Micro's broad market reach and dedicated focus on physical security and emerging technologies makes us well positioned to assist MOBOTIX in raising awareness for its decentralized and hemispheric approaches to video surveillance,” Tom Burns, general manager, Ingram Micro Physical Security Business Unit, North America, said in the statement.
By distributing its surveillance technologies through Ingram Micro, MOBOTIX can serve a broader range of value-added resellers and systems integrators throughout North America, the statement said.
