Per Mar acquires Martin Security Systems

DAVENPORT, Iowa—Per Mar Security Services, a provider of total security solutions for residential and commercial clients based here, has acquired Martin Security Systems, Inc. based in Valparaiso, Ind.
Martin Security Systems Inc. was founded by Robert Martin in 1984, and has been a family-run business since the beginning.
Per Mar Security Services COO Brian Duffy said that everyone at Per Mar feels “honored to have been selected by the Martin family to serve the customers Martin Security Systems earned over the past 36 years.”
“Robert has built a great company and wonderful team,” Duffy said. “We look forward to serving his loyal customers, and expanding service offerings.”
Robert Martin’s sons, Rich and Rob Martin, have joined the Per Mar team along with Jan Graves. Per Mar will continue to serve customers out of the Valparaiso, Ind., location.
