Securitas acquires customer contracts of iVerify

UNIONTOWN, OHIO - Securitas Electronic Security Inc. (SES) has acquired the customer contracts and certain select assets of iVerify.US Inc. (iVerify).
The acquisition supports Securitas' stated strategy of building its electronic security business in North America.
“We are excited to welcome iVerify's clients to the SES client portfolio in North America,” Tony Byerly, president and CEO, Securitas Electronic Security Inc., said in the announcement. “These clients align very well with our existing business operations and strategic focus, enabling us to bring our SES services and operational excellence to best serve these clients coast to coast in the U.S. and Canada.”
Iverify is a full-service interactive security company providing life safety, loss prevention, and brand protection in North America. Iverify provides consulting, design, installation, monitoring, and interactive services to support its clients business security needs, as well as an Interactive Security Operations Center (“The I”).
