Telecom Design opens U.S. office, names NA GM

BORDEAUX, France — IoT solutions provider Telecom Design is expanding with offices in the U.S., where it has appointed a key new member to its leadership.

In 2022, Andera Partners, a private equity firm in France took a majority stake in Telecom Design to fuel an ambitious expansion plan under the leadership of incoming CEO Christophe Arnaud.

Increasing the U.S. and North America business is part of this strategic plan. Arnaud stated, "Our innovative loT solutions have found widespread recognition in home alarm and telecare applications in Europe where we are the recognized reference in anti-jamming and fall detection technology. Bringing these unique and patented solutions to the North American market will have a disruptive effect for early adopters."

To head U.S. business development and operations, Herve Muller, VP & GM North America for Telecom Design, tapped Herve Muller, a seasoned executive with significant experience in business development, opening new markets and managing deployment and service organizations.

Muller is based in Atlanta and approaching the leading operators and integrators in the target markets. He commented. "TD has unique technology and a dynamic and innovative culture. Our market study shows that our breakthrough technologies are ahead of current commercial solutions in North America. It brings me great pride to present to the leaders in home alarm and senior care with our guiding principles of customer focus, responsiveness and quality."
