CHICAGO — Ubiety Technologies has completed a $10 million Series A-1 financing to enhance its product, accelerate the development of its proprietary AI engine and expand go-to-market capabilities.
Valued at $90 million, Ubiety's growth is powered by its smart home security services platform that offers a connected home and security experience for both internet service providers and home security providers.
"This funding is a testament to the incredible work our team has done in building a truly innovative platform that addresses the evolving needs of both service providers and consumers," said Keith Puckett, co-founder & CEO of Ubiety, in a press release. "With this investment, we can accelerate our mission to bring smarter, simpler and more security connected home solutions to households everywhere."
The A-1 round was led by Delta Global, which was joined by participation from Evolution Digital and Leo Lion.
As a result of the financing, Evolution Digital, a provider of integrated video products, whole-home Wi-Fi offerings and software management solutions, will roll out Ubiety’s advanced features into its flagship products this year.
"Ubiety's capabilities perfectly reflect Evolution Digital's dedication to delivering meaningful innovation for our thriving customer base," said Chris Egan, CEO of Evolution Digital, in a press release. "This collaboration with Ubiety empowers service providers with a smarter, more intuitively connected ecosystem that seamlessly enhances subscribers' everyday lives. Our customers can easily deploy Halo on Evolution Digital products through scalable software solutions — no additional hardware in the home and no truck roll required."
With financing in hand, Ubiety expects to enhance its solutions with anomaly detection.
“By advancing our proprietary AI engine, we’re making Ubiety Halo even smarter at identifying and learning ‘normal’ activity patterns for individual households,” a company spokesperson said. “This will allow for more precise identification of anomalies, minimizing false alarms and enhancing security.
Additionally, Ubiety has plans for expanded ISP device integration, improved real time insights and adaptive alarm response.
“Halo Shield empowers call centers with dynamic, real-time decision-making by adapting response actions based on who is home during an alarm event,” the spokesperson said. “By replacing static contact lists with verified presence detection, it significantly reduces false alarms, saves time, and enhances both law enforcement trust and the homeowner experience.”
For users not interested in integrating the Halo software directly into existing routers or security panels, Ubiety has also developed a standalone plug-in device to simplify deployment.
“We’re confident that these enhancements will not only solidify Ubiety’s position as a leader in the connected home and security market but also provide homeowners with smarter, safer, and more intuitive ways to interact with their homes,” the representative said.
