VANCOUVER, British Columbia —Viscount Systems, a provider of IT-based security software and services, announced in December that it has been awarded contracts to provide an integrated telephone entry and access control solution to a large sports and entertainment center in British Columbia.
Viscount's multi-functional MESH telephone entry system will be used to manage access to highly secure areas within complex. The integrated telephone entry solution will also be used to manage elevator access.
Viscount MESH visitor entry systems, which are designed to work with a variety of entrance designs, deliver high-end graphics, an touch screen panel and fully integrated card access throughout a facility. MESH runs on the same software as Freedom, Viscount's IT-centric access control platform.
“This award signifies the value our MESH entry systems deliver to large facilities that look to integrate multiple functions in one system,” Dennis Raefield, Viscount CEO, said in a statement..
“Customers in a variety of markets and environments trust MESH because it delivers best-in-class functionality and ease of use, while providing property managers long-term value. We expect MESH, along with our Freedom platform, to continue to drive new opportunities to our company in 2015.”
