Just about two years to the day, Security Systems News hosted our inaugural SecurityNext conference in New Orleans, bringing together some of the top thought leaders within physical and cybersecurity to delve into the latest trends and most promising technologies, while celebrating our “40 under 40” and Security Legend Award winners, and providing an intimate and open setting for networking, mind-melding and fun!
Fast forward two years, and I am super excited to build on the success and momentum from 2020 with this year’s in-person conference in Nashville, April 25-27 at The Westin Nashville! I am also over-the-moon about the education program and speaker lineup for this year’s event, which we just announced, as it includes the who's who of security, including many members of the SSN Advisory Board who are presenting as well as speaking on and moderating panels.
Add to that the incredible Class of 2021 “40 under 40” award winners, several of whom are speaking on panels, with many more attending and on-hand to celebrate with us at our Award Reception on Tuesday, April 26, from 5:30 - 7 PM – always one of the highlights for me! This year, the reception is at the rooftop venue at the host hotel, The Westin Nashville, and I am excited to soak in some Nashville vibes and music while rubbing elbows with the next generation of security while celebrating our Security Legend Award honorees.
Speaking of the SSN Security Legend Award, we will be announcing who those honorees are very soon, but for now I will give you a big hint: They are probably the most well-known and respected married couple in security today! Stay tuned!
In the meantime, please go and check out the SecurityNext program, register for the conference, book your room, and come join us in Nashville for what is going to be an invaluable and memorable learning and networking event. Hope to see you there!
