Bold files response to DICE

BAY CITY, Mich.—Colorado-based central station automation platform provider Bold Technologies, which in August was sued by direct competitor DICE Corporation of Michigan, on Sept. 30 filed a response to DICE's accusations.In its response to the DICE filing, Bold has requested, among other things, that the court dismiss all DICE's claims. BAY CITY, Mich. and COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—Alleging violation of the Michigan Uniform Trade Secret Act, central station automation platform provider DICE is suing its competitor Bold.
DICE on Aug. 16 filed a three-count suit against direct competitor, Colorado-based Bold, in the U.S. District Court's Eastern District of Michigan.
