Alert 360 acquires Caliber Security accounts

TULSA, Okla. – Home security system and services provider Alert 360 announced its acquisition of Caliber Security’s home security alarm accounts.
With the addition of these accounts, Alert 360 now serves over 20,000 accounts in Southern California, with branch operations in San Diego, Los Angeles, Anaheim, Fresno, and Sacramento among others. This year also marks the 50th anniversary for the company, which celebrated the milestone back in February.

TULSA, Okla.—In late 2010, Central Security Group got a new owner: a private equity group. Now, this year, CSG is taking that infusion of new capital and putting it to work to grow the company—by adding new technology and creating a new brand for its dealer program.

Industry veteran joins CSG

TULSA, Okla.—Central Security Group on Feb. 8 announced Jackie Schmidt as its new director of dealer development.
Schmidt brings more than 25 years of experience in the security industry. She comes to CSG from Broadview/ADT, where she most recently served as a dealer account executive. She has also held positions at Alarm Capital Alliance II, Capital Source Finance, Financial Security Services, SLP and Protection One.
