Florida ECC goes live with TMA’s Automated Secure Alarm Protocol

MCLEAN, Va.—The Monitoring Association (TMA) has announced that the Palm Beach County Fla. Sheriff's Office became the 144th Emergency Communications Center (ECC) in the U.S. and the 11th in the state of Florida to implement TMA’s Automated Secure Alarm Protocol (ASAP).
Launched in 2011 as a public-private partnership, TMA’s ASAP service is designed to increase the accuracy and efficiency of calls for service from alarm monitoring centers to ECCs.

TULSA, Okla. – Home security system and services provider Alert 360 announced its acquisition of Caliber Security’s home security alarm accounts.
With the addition of these accounts, Alert 360 now serves over 20,000 accounts in Southern California, with branch operations in San Diego, Los Angeles, Anaheim, Fresno, and Sacramento among others.
