Devcon Security hires new general managers in Richmond and Norfolk

HOLLYWOOD, Fla.—Devcon Security on Aug. 2 announced it had hired new general managers at two of its Virginia locations. The company named Ray Blanchard as general manager in Richmond while Chad Lasky is the new general manager in Norfolk. Blanchard joined Devcon after working for eight years in management at the former Brink's Home Security. He will focus on hiring and training sales people and technicians.
