STATE COLLEGE, Pa. – Mission Critical Partners (MCP) has announced the promotion of Kevin Bresnahan to president of the firm’s lifecycle management services (LMS) business unit.

ANNAPOLIS, Md.—TeleCommunication Systems, a provider of mobile communication technology, has announced the phase one deployment of the Next Generation 911 services network for Iowa.
