Atlantic City to increase surveillance

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J.—The famous Atlantic City Boardwalk will get up to 230 additional surveillance cameras, according to a report from the Press of Atlantic City.
“The Casino Reinvestment Development Authority on Tuesday agreed to issue about $11 million in bonds to fund installation of as many as 230 cameras on the Boardwalk over the winter and spring,” the report read.
Sixty of these cameras will be placed on poles, according to the report, allowing police and other public safety...
