WASHINGTON—New York Sen. Charles Schumer plans to amend a Federal Aviation Administration bill, requiring drone manufacturers to incorporate geo-fencing to keep drones away from airports, ABC reported. Under this law, U.S. drones would be kept from operating within two miles of an airport or above 500 feet in altitude.
