ADT fails to secure dismissal of lawsuit
DENVER - A Colorado judge has denied ADT Security ServicesÃ¢â‚¬â„¢ motion to dismiss a class action lawsuit filed by Advantek Pro, a former ADT authorized dealer.
The judgeÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s ruling clears the way for the firm to seek a class action certification of the lawsuit, which if approved will include current and past ADT dealers.
