NEWTOWN SQUARE, Pa.—Rose Ryan is My Alarm Center's new vice president of finance, the company announced Sept. 11. Ryan joined My Alarm Center—which is the direct-to-consumer name of Media, Pa.-based Alarm Capital Alliance—in 2011. In her new role, Ryan will oversee accounting and billing during My Alarm Center's planned growth.
“Rose has built an incredibly strong accounting and finance team that plays an integral role in our day-to-day operations, audits and acquisition integrations,” said Amy Kothari, president and CEO of My Alarm Center and Alarm Capital Alliance, in a prepared statement. “She is a phenomenal asset to our company and brings all of the key strengths that we needed to continue on our growth path.”
Ryan has 16 years of accounting experience, including IPOs and acquisitions. Previously, she was the controller of Reliant Renal Care and accounting manager for Renal Treatment Centers, whose revenue grew from $25 million to more than $300 million during her tenure.
My Alarm Center provides security systems and home automation technology, offering cellular monitoring, electronic notifications, remote arming and disarming capabilities, temperature and lighting control, personal emergency response systems and fire, flood and carbon monoxide protection.
