ADS buys in Savannah

NASHVILLE, Tenn.—ADS Security has acquired the customer accounts of Georgia-based Security Services, Inc. The super-regional security company announced its most recent purchase on today, saying in a news release that the deal marks another step in its pursuit of growth across the country's southeast.
"The purchase of Security Services is part of our focus on regional expansion through the acquisition of security companies that have a strong local presence and solid foundation of outstanding customer service,” said ADS President and CEO, John Cerasuolo in a prepared statement. “We acquire companies that will mesh seamlessly with the customer-centric culture we have built at ADS,” he said.
