Aiphone launches IX Series kit

REDMOND, Wash. – Intercom and security communication product manufacturer Aiphone has announced the addition of the IX Series kit.
This kit is a preprogrammed box set complete with a video intercom system, ready to install right out of the box. The kit is ideal for installers who work with plug and play analog systems that are looking to increase their familiarity with IP systems.
“Our IX Series kit is an important addition to the Aiphone portfolio because it allows locksmiths and other low voltage installers who are not currently installing this type of system to get their foot in the door,” said Brad Kamcheff, Marketing Manager, Aiphone Corporation. “All the installer has to do is run the wire and plug it in. It’s that simple.”
The IXS-HBDV includes a video door station, a video master station, PoE switch, and a USB drive with instructions and videos on how to install the system. Besides including all the components for a complete video intercom system, the IX Kit includes a step-by-step guide, with a USB drive containing configuration files and how-to videos with installation instructions.
