Alarm.com integrates Kohler/Phyn water monitoring solutions to platform

KOHLER, Wis. and LOS ANGELES – Bath and kitchen product innovator Kohler joined with Phyn, a leader in intelligent water solutions, to provide their suite of home monitoring solutions to the Alarm.com platform.

Kohler and Phyn say the integration make it easier for customers to track their water consumption identifying areas of excess use, and track leaks in real time to help conserve money and resources.

Thanks to integration, Toll Brothers homeowners who subscribe to Alarm.com will have access to an even wider array of features that will let them monitor their water usage. They can also easily synchronize their existing Kohler and Phyn devices with the Alarm.com platform for seamless remote monitoring in one centralized platform.

Kohler H2Wise powered by Phyn - monitors water pressure and provides real time alerts.

Kohler H2Wise+ powered by Phyn – Installed into water main and can shut off water supply in case of leak. Can detect entire house’s plumbing.

Phyn Plus Smart Water Assistant+Shutoff – Leak detection and water shutoff functionality.

Phyn Smart Water Assistant – Leak notifications and insights on usage statistics.

Those same customers will also benefit from Phyn’s latest AI powered leak protection technology and their new Ultra Low Flow (ULF) identification.

This partnership marks just a few of the ways Alarm.com is using and integrating smart tech into modern homes. Earlier this year the security platform also introduced their Solar Automation & Awareness service package and Solar Automation Course. They’ve also recently introduced their new Smart Thermostat HD for efficient temperature monitoring.
