IRVINE, Calif. – Security-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions provider Arcules has announced its cloud-based video platform now interfaces with IMRON’s UnityIS access control platform.
Arcules said that the combination of the two SaaS products support automation, rapid workflows, and integrated data capture that enhances security, ROI, and improves situational awareness. Thanks to integration with the plugin, joint customers can access a unified security monitoring experience that combines access control alerts with video to verify events or incidents.
“Our overall focus is to empower decision-makers to make data-driven decisions and we are focused on building partnerships with companies that share a similar mindset,” said Steve Prodger, chief revenue officer, Arcules. “With IMRON, we support an intuitive, cost-effective, and easy-to-maintain security-as-a-service offering that helps customers realize their business and safety requirements in a more cost-effective, scalable, and flexible manner.”
Integration with UnityIS incorporates Arcules video management capabilities into the IMRON interface, producing live and recorded video data to be associated with an event. Using IMRON, Arcules’ device locations are easily added to the UnityIS graphical site map for viewing of both live and recorded video.
“The movement towards controlling access and video remotely has accelerated,” said Imron Hussain, President, IMRON Corp. “This has undoubtedly pushed physical security requirements in the cloud. Having a partner like Arcules supports our commitment to meet the growing need for cloud services and allows us to provide a powerful integrated solution.”
