ATLANTA—Through a network of more than 600 fire, safety and security companies, BuildingReports has conducted more than 1.6 million safety inspections, the company announced Nov. 19.
BuildingReports uses barcode scanning and online reports instead of manual safety inspections, which the company says provides more accurate, secure and verifiable inspections. The reports can be retrieved at any time from a secure online database, according to the release.
“A year and a half after BuildingReports first surpassed 1 million inspections, we are more than halfway to the next million,” said Jason Kronz, BuildingReports president and CTO, in a news release. “We attribute this accelerated growth to our large member network of qualified inspection professionals as we raise the industry bar for inspection reporting.”
In the release, Kronz said the company is working on new initiatives that will effect the compliance reporting industry.
