Canna Security America looks to go public with new COO

DENVER—Canna Security America, a security solutions provider catering to the licensed cannabis industry, hired Tom Siciliano as its new chief operating officer.
Siciliano has a background in startup companies, with experience taking companies public, establishing business plans and budget forecasts. He has also served as a senior executive for Fortune 500 companies.
The company said his experience positions him “to help CSA go public, drive its processes, and expand its growth.”
From 1995 to 2000, Siciliano was SVP of sales for Aramark Uniform Services. He served as the COO for Integrity Associates and also served as a senior consultant to Fortune 500 companies such as Metro PCS, TruGreen, Unifirst, and Abbott Laboratories. He is a co-author of the book 'Shifting Into High Gear'.
In 2012, he joined Classic Party Rentals as the vice president for half of their organization. During his time there, he increased revenue by 25 percent and delivered a 32 percent increase in EBITDA.
Currently, 450 canabis facilities have CSA security systems installed across multiple states, all achieving a 100 percent licensing approval rating, CSA has expanded its operations to serve the increasing number of state licensed cannabis cultivators, processors, infused products manufacturers, and retailers in the United States.
