CZOSCHKE: As the inaugural learning & development manager at Arcules, I've collaborated with stakeholders to identify business objectives, conducted needs assessments, and developed a comprehensive L&D strategy. I design e-learning modules, facilitate workshops, and deliver training sessions, encompassing product knowledge, DE&I, and presentation skills. I've led vendor competitive analysis projects, resulting in the launch of the Arcules Academy (LMS) within nine months of hire. To continually enhance program outcomes, I evaluate learning initiatives through data analysis and feedback collection. Furthermore, I've partnered with executive leadership and HR to provide coaching and mentorship, fostering individual growth and development for team members.
