BOCA RATON, Fla.—ADT recently tapped former U.S. Cellular executive Alan Ferber to be its new chief customer officer, according to a company statement. He will report directly to ADT's CEO, Naran Gursahaney.
“Customer service is an important competitive differentiator, and I am confident Alan will help ADT extend its leadership position,” Gursahaney said in the statement. “He has an impressive track record of transforming customer experience, while also driving revenue and customer account growth.”
Ferber most recently served as chief strategy and brand officer at U.S. Cellular, which owns and operates one of the largest wireless telecommunications network in the nation. Before that, he was executive VP of operations at the same company, where he oversaw sales, marketing and operations, the statement noted.
