Honeywell adds personnel

LOUSIVILLE, Ky.—Honeywell announced recently two new additions. Honeywell on Feb. 1 announced Tony Foglia has been promoted to director of global accounts for Honeywell Systems. And on Feb. 2 it announced that Franco P.L. van Heijningen has joined Honeywell Systems in the role of general manager for its Vindicator Technologies business. Vindicator offers electronic security systems that protect critical assets and personnel within the government, military, commercial and industrial markets at more than 1,500 highly sensitive sites across the globe.
