IdentiSys adds new product line

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn.—IdentiSys, an integrator of identification, card issuance, emergency response and access control systems, has announced a technology partnership with Qmatic, a customer-flow management company.
Qmatic offers solutions that improve customer management by monitoring a customer's visit to a company, and by capturing statistical information at points of contact, IdentiSys said in a prepared statement. This improves operations and reduces customer waiting times.
“Qmaticis an excellent addition to our product line and the perfect extension of the products we currently offer,” Deb Ferril, president of IdentiSys, said in the statement. “Our current customers in health care, government, colleges and universities, gaming and more can greatly benefit from the methodology of customer-flow management.”
