Koorsen choses FieldOne

MAHWAH, N.J.—FieldOne Systems, a provider of cloud-based field service management software, announced that it has been selected by Koorsen Fire & Security to enhance the quality and agility of their field service operations, driving greater operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
According to a news release from FieldOne, Koorsen wanted to invest in a software solution that would not only drive greater efficiency and quality in their service delivery, but could also provide better insights into their customers. Koorsen researched a great number of field service management tools, initially focusing on ERP-based systems, but decided that these solutions couldn't provide the robust customer intelligence they were looking for. FieldOne Sky provided all the features they needed to meet their operational objectives, simplified integration with Microsoft Dynamics AX (their ERP system), plus the most advanced CRM features of any solution they evaluated, according to the release.
In a prepared statement Greg Aaron, CIO of Koorsen, said, "FieldOne Sky was the best solution we found to integrate the sales and service functions and meet our overall objective of leveraging field service to drive more revenue and improve our performance throughout the customer life cycle."
